Grilled restaurant left me utterly delighted with the delightful culinary experience it offered. Ordered at counter and specified gluten free bun. And the server asked me if gluten free because of allergy and if so will direct kitchen to cook bun on the grill and not put it through the toaster where it could be contaminated by the breadcrumbs. WOW. Fantastic Grill'd and I wish I had taken note of the male servers name. I had the garden delight (vegetarian burger) my husband had the Mary's lamb burger and we shared some delicious chips. Just love their salty, herb seasoning. We also brought our own coffees with us from Max Brenner as coffee unavailable here. So not sure if this is something that will change, I mean this is Melbourne!! 7.4 had low carb buns with our burgers (vegetarian and chicken) great to have that choice. They also have introduced onion rings so had to try! OK bit over fried for my taste though husband loved.

They served 2 cold burgers with a cold onion ring but chips were fairly warm. I had to remind the waiter twice that we ordered a pepsi as well. the first time he completely ignored what I told him. I had to go to counter twice and ask him and in the end he didnt bring it to our table I waited there to get it. Overall I wont go there again they don't respect their costumers.

Burgers are good but service and other areas let down..high competition for burgers in the Cinama area and you would need to nail every aspect if the business to thrive. We ordered few burgers and I had to go and ask whether they are ready after a while. It was not busy and I could see few staff chatting around. Burgers were bit cold when arrived and chips were absolutely burned. One of the staff did asked me whether everything is good which I replied that chips were burned but did nothing.
